We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our Return Process

2 – We will authorise the return in line with our return policy and email you back our return form which will include the returns address for your location.

3 – Return should be with a tracked provider.

4 – Once delivered back to us we up to 10 business days to process your return back to the payment method used.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Cheeryshops.com will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition. All returns have to be authorised.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. We charge a 15% restock fee for change of mind non damaged or faulty product being returned.

Warranty Returns

Cheeryshops.com will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 60 days of receipt of items. This is where the product has developed a fault and the product can not rectified by sending out a replacement or replacement part.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Cheeryshops.com to process your warranty claim within 10 business days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

     (a) refund to your payment method

     (b) a refund in store credit

     (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Outside the terms

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

When making a return you must ensure you tell us your order number on your returns form originally sent out with your order and include your original invoice when returning. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.

If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange. However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
